The rooms, beach facilities and parking can be used from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival. The reception is open until 10 pm. In case of arrivals in the late evening or after this time we kindly ask you to communicate your arrival time by e-mail or by telephone at +39 3349996252. In the absence of notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation with possible penalty charges where applicable.

The rooms, beach facilities and parking must be free by 10.00 am on the day of departure. The use of the services offered by the hotel after the check-out time must be agreed with the Management and may involve a supplement. Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to request late check-out. For a small supplement, it is possible to have a room and facilities on the beach until 8 pm.

We usually work with corporate guests. Guests who wish to receive an invoice instead of a tax receipt are asked to inform us at the time of booking and provide all the necessary data. If not specified, a tax receipt will be issued.

The conditions relating to payment and cancellation vary depending on the offer selected and are specified in the quote.

The balance of the stay is to be paid to the reception within the day before the departure date. We accept payments in cash (according to the maximum amounts established by current law) or by credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Pagobancomat, and Mastercard). We do not accept bank checks. In the case of non-cancellable rates, the amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. Any extras and the tourist tax will have to be paid to the property.

Anyone who causes damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc. is held legally responsible within the scope of current regulations. Upon departure, the staff will carry out a check of the rooms and any damage caused or losses will be charged at the cost of restoration. Inside the facility, at any time, behaviors, games, and use of equipment that cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided, especially from 12.00 am to 7.00 am and from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm, when silence is expected.

Prices are per room per night and refer to the number of people indicated in the booking request. Beach service with an umbrella and two sunbeds, a parking space in the car park nearby the hotel, and VAT are included. The hotel reserves the right to establish a minimum length of stay in certain periods. During these periods, short stays can only be booked close to the relevant date. The tourist tax is not included in the booked rate and must be paid directly to the hotel. More information on the rates is available on the Comune di Jesolo website. Breakfast is included if specified in the rate and can include buffet or à la carte service.

Our bar welcomes you every day from 07.00 in the morning to 01.00 at night. You can order delicious cappuccinos or fresh cocktails to enjoy on the comfortable hotel terrace overlooking the square. During the summer season, our square comes alive with exciting shows several times a week. Our guests who wish to participate in the evenings comfortably on our terrace will be able to easily book a reserved place directly at reception.

No, our structure only offers breakfast service which is served in the Breakfast Room on the ground floor from 08.00 to 11.00. We do not have an internal restaurant for half board or full board.

Our bicycles are available for free to discover Jesolo in complete freedom. Information and booking methods are available at reception upon arrival at the hotel.
