Hotel Residence Mara is constantly evolving' project

The hotel management has always been very sensitive to the process of innovation, both of the structure and the services offered. With this project, in particular, further investments have been made in the digital sphere that favour the innovation and differentiation of the offer, in order to favour the recovery of tourist flows in the destination, as well as to comply with safety and distancing parameters that are still necessary. Specifically, the interventions carried out are: the implementation of the management software already in use with new technological solutions for the management and coordination of business processes with high business integration features, the addition of mobile and/or Internet payment systems in security, and the activation of smartworking solutions. Broadband Internet connectivity in wireless technology was also implemented to enable greater efficiency for the hotel’s management and staff, as well as greater comfort for guests. Finally, the hotel uses performance software, which is strategic for the business development of both the individual hotel and the destination.
